I work with children, adults, and families to support them in effectively managing and addressing stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and other mental health concerns. I endeavor to build trusting therapeutic relationships with my clients to facilitate direct and honest communication. I believe that therapy can be beneficial to anyone!

I am a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) certified therapist. I am currently working towards Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) certification and also perform EMDR. I enjoy working with adults, families, and children. I utilize a strength-based and trauma-informed approach when working with all of my clients.

I work to support and meet my clients needs by meeting them where they are at in the change process. I will support clients in identifying their personal goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals. You will often find Freya supporting me in my care.
